Die österreichisch-ungarische Note an Serbien.

Agram, 24. Juli.

Newspager appeal from the Social Democratic Party, published in the Weimarische Volkszeitung, on 25 July 1914.

The Weimarische Volkszeitung was a paper for the working class interests and had been published in Jena from 30 September 1906 to 31 March 1916. It was succeeded by the Volkszeitung Grossherzogtum Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach (1 April 1916 to July/Sep 1918). Saxony was supposed to be a stronghold of the Social Democrats during the Kaiserreich, so much that it was generally known as 'Red Saxony'.
